  • For the Lasagna:

    • 9 lasagna noodles (regular or no-boil)
    • 10 oz fresh baby spinach (optional for extra greens)
    • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
    • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Slowly add the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring it to a gentle simmer.
    • Once the cream has thickened slightly, stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  • Prepare the Lasagna:
    • If using regular noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
    • If using no-boil noodles: Skip this step and proceed directly to assembling.
  • Assemble the Lasagna:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
    • In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the Alfredo sauce at the bottom.
    • Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
    • Spread a layer of shredded chicken over the noodles, followed by a handful of fresh spinach (if using) and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
    • Repeat layering the sauce, noodles, chicken, spinach, and cheese until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of sauce and cheese on top.
  • Bake:
    • Cover the lasagna with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
