- 9 lasagna noodles (regular or no-boil)

- Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Slowly add the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Once the cream has thickened slightly, stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Prepare the Lasagna:
- If using regular noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
- If using no-boil noodles: Skip this step and proceed directly to assembling.
- Assemble the Lasagna:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the Alfredo sauce at the bottom.
- Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread a layer of shredded chicken over the noodles, followed by a handful of fresh spinach (if using) and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering the sauce, noodles, chicken, spinach, and cheese until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of sauce and cheese on top.
- Bake:
- Cover the lasagna with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
